Encon wants projects to run smoothly. To that end, a member of Encon's senior management team assumes overall responsibility for the management of each and every project. Regular meetings take place with the project team to check on progress and ensure projects are on schedule and on budget.
If, for any reason, there are issues in either of these areas, we have the expertise and resources to plan remedial action which will get the project back on track.
Projects are continually monitored and assessed in line with our own, internally-developed quality management system. Importantly, Encon's directors are only ever a phone call away.
We have qualified as an approved contractor on the Constructionline and Achilles UVDB databases and are also members of CECA.
